I Forgot My Password

To reset the password for your Cimar account, you will need to navigate to your account's login page and click Forgot My Password. A popup box will display asking for you to enter the email address used to log in to the account. Once you have entered your email address and clicked Send, you will be sent an email containing a password reset link.

You will receive the following email, please note that it may have your organisations logos rather than CIMAR's. Please click the Reset Password button:

Finally, enter and confirm your new password:
