Why is my account temporarily locked
Your account is locked because you have entered the incorrect password too many times. This is a security feature to protect your account. You will need to wait five minutes before trying again.
If you've forgotten your password
If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Your Password' link below the password field. Enter your email address when prompted and a password reset link will be sent to you.
If you are locked out and change your password, you must still wait the full five minutes before attempting to sign in again.
If you have changed your password but are still unable to sign in, please contact CIMAR Support by opening a ticket.
