How to pull a detailed study report

When in the workflow you wish to pull the detailed report from a small link will appear in the bottom right corner.

Clicking the link will open a popup in which you may select what data to report on. To select multiple, hold down Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) and left click each. Each selection represents a column that will be added and populated in the report.

Clicking 'Download' will prepare the report for download. Please note that this process can take up to 10 minutes depending on the number of records generated in the report.

Searching & Filtering a Detailed Study Report

By searching through a workflow in Cimar you can filter which studies you wish to pull into a report. This is useful to do when there are thousands of records in a workflow or when there a criteria that can be filtered on.

If there are too many studies in the workflow to generate a detailed study report the system will provide you with a document requesting that a filter be applied to the list.

If a detailed study report with more than the usual study limit is required please contact support@cimar.co.uk for assistance.
