Upload a Study Using a Share Code

A share code link will look something like this:

https://_________.cimar.co.uk/share/demosharecode

To upload a study via this sharecode you first copy the link into the URL bar of the browser and click enter. If the share code is valid you will see this form:

Registering / Logging In:

First you enter an email address in the field as shown above. 

If this email matches an existing account in the system you will be asked to enter the password and log in.

If the email is not in the system you will be presented with this form:

Here you simply fill in all the fields to create a user in the Cimar system and tick all the accept boxes followed by "Continue"

Selecting Files:

Once you have logged in or registered you will move on to the next step which is selecting the files.

By dragging a folder to the dotted square or clicking "Choose File..." you can select what study to upload.
This can be either single files or a folder which the system will then look through.

Uploading Files:

Once you have dragged or selected the study the page will load the images and you will be presented with this:

Here you must tick the "I understand this study will be shared with <share code>, I have authority to share this study" box.

Now click "Upload Selected Studies".

Once the page has finished uploading the images you will be presented with this:

Here you can optionally upload a report if needed or you can close the window and finish as the study has been successfully uploaded.
