Configure Personal Reporting Macros

Make reporting in Cimar easier and faster by utilising your own personal macros. Define keyboard shortcuts or create a clickable dropdown to automatically populate report fields with text decided by you.

Keyboard shortcut activated macros currently only available for users using Windows. For MacOS users please see advanced macro guide or contact your account administrator

Create a new Keyboard Shortcut Report Macro

1. Open your personal settings by clicking your name in the top right corner.
2. Open the Radiology Report Macros tab
   
3. Click New Macro
4. Enter in the details of your macro
5. 1. Give a logical name for the macro.

      eg <Template Name> - <Title of Macro> - <Shortcut Used> : Report with Addendum - Normal Report - Crtl+1

   2. Select the modality of study you are reporting on
   3. Choose which shortcut will activate the macro
   4. Choose which template you are using

      If you are unsure which template you are using speak with your account administrator
      If the template you are using is not listed please see the advanced macro creation section below or speak with your account administrator

   5. Populate the fields of the report with the text you want to add in
   6. Save the macro
