CIMAR Messaging
Description
CIMAR's messaging system works similarly to email, allowing users to communicate in multiple ways. Messages can be sent to individual users via their CIMAR-registered email, to an entire worklist, or to a share code. When sent to a worklist or share code, all users with access to that worklist or share code will be able to view the message. This flexibility also enables a level of privacy when messaging about specific studies. Users with the correct role permissions can respond to these messages, making it a collaborative tool. Additionally, the system can function as a "Broadcast" tool, allowing account managers to send messages to all users in an account via worklists. Recipients with the necessary view permissions enabled will be able to see these broadcast messages and depending on permissions, they can respond.

If you want to send a message against a study you can do this by clicking on the New Message icon highlighted in green below, this can be found in your study list. Remember if you don't have the correct permissions enabled then you won't see this button!
