Enabling The 2FA Authenticator App

This quick article will walk you through how to setup authenticator on your Cimar account.



  1. Login to your Cimar account and click your username in the top right corner of the screen



  1. Scroll down and tick Require Security Pin for Login and then click Save


  1. Download an authenticator of your choice on your mobile device. We recommend Google Authenticator but you can use any.

  1. Scroll back down the 'Require Security Pin for Login' - You will now see that you can enable authenticator, click Connect.


  1. Add an account on your authenticator and when prompted scan the new QR code on Cimar

  1. You're all set up, from here you can click save -> Logout -> Log back in and you will be prompted to provide a pin, this can be found within your authenticator app.
