Enabling Debug mode on your gateway
What is Debug Mode
Debug mode is an alternate logging mode for you gateway, it's useful for investigating issues and gaining an additional insight into your DICOM requests.
What modes are available
Info mode - Default logging
Debug Mode - Advanced Logging
Who can change logging modes on the gateway
- CIMAR Support
- An account administrator
- Anyone with the a role that has the following permissions
- Gateways: view
- Gateways: Create, edit gateways
How to change logging mode
Navigate to Administration -> Gateways
Click edit against the gateway you want to change the logging mode for
Scroll down to logging_levels and edit the box, change it to either DEBUG or INFO, it is important to keep the words capitalised. Once you've entered your logging level, scroll down and save.
Then restart your gateway so that the gateway can install your changes. Once clicked it will restart on the next ping and will take roughly 1 minute to complete the restart.
