Accelerator Guide

To use the locally installed accelerator you can follow these simple steps for routing studies to the local cache and view them faster. This guide is describes steps following the actual accelerator install. For more info see the Accelerator Installation Guide

Preparing Studies (Routing to Accelerator)

1) To send an individual study to the accelerator click the "Route" icon in the Actions panel and select the relevant destination. 

2) To route multiple studies at the same time tick the relevant boxes on the left side of the workflow view and use the "actions" dropdown at the top and again select "Route".

Checking if Successful:

Once you have routed the relevant studies to the accelerator you can refresh the study list and a new element will have appeared saying "Send Status".

While the study is in the process of being sent to the accelerator this will display light blue with an "I" inside.

Once the study is ready it will change to green with an "S" inside like this:

Summary:

To summarise the process of using the personal accelerator, here are the steps again:

1. Route study to accelerator either via the "Route" button in the actions panel on the right or via the "actions" dropdown on the left above the studies list.
2. Refresh the worklist and wait for the "Send Status" to be green and show "S"
3. You can now view the study
