Managing Your Users' Notifications
If you are an account admin you can change the notification settings for users with a few clicks. Your users can also change these settings themselves by following this guide.
Required Role Permissions
- "Users: Modify other user's personal notifications" must be ticked
Finding Users List
When logged in to Cimar click "Administration" followed by "Users" on the left side of the second menu. This will display a list of users in the account like this:

Find the user who's notifications you wish to update and click "Edit" on the right side of the screen.
You will be redirected to that user's general settings at which point you can click "Notifications" which will bring you to the overview we need.
On the notifications page it's the same process as described in the article on changing your own notifications.
Once the relevant boxes have been ticked click "Save" and the system will remember the new settings and emails will be sent to the user accordingly.
