How to see if a Gateway is Pinging
The Last ping section will show the last time the gateway pinged the Cloud. Generally a gateway will ping every minute or so, any longer and something may be wrong with the network connection or the gateway’s host machine and requires investigation.

How to find the last ping of a gateway
- Go to the Administration page
- Go to the Gateways tab
- Locate the Last Ping column
